MTN Gave Me 30% Extra Airtime !

I bought some airtime today at Pick'nPay. R180+R15 to make up the R189 for a 500Mb data bundle.

As usual with the P&P discounts, the R180 time cost R168.50 and the R15 was R14.50.,

But when I loaded it, I received an SMS saying the following: "Yello, thank you for recharging, your 30% extra FREE bonus airtime has been loaded. Please dial *141# for your new balance"

Thank you MTN ..

Why did I get a discount and how long does this offer last?

btw: If I use extra cash for SMS bundles do they expire also after a month like the data bundles if not used? Or do those roll-over? think minimum to buy is 50 sms's and don't know if I will use them all?

I had a sms a while back telling me that the next time I recharge I'd get 30% extra airtime... unfortunately I forgot all about it and went and loaded a R30 voucher a while later... .. so I only got R10 extra airtime..
