MTN Getting Worse

Is it my imagination, or is MTN getting progressively worse. Their support sucks. when I tell them that I am fed up, they put me through to customer services, and I wait 10mins - just the thing you should do with a fed up customer. way to go MTN. you caught me out lekka with a sim only contract. when I want to change my contract to now include a device, you now tell me it will cost me an early cancellation fee, when I told MTN that I wanted to got to a month to month contract. when I travelled internationally, you couldn't even get that right, even though you said it is enabled. when I tried to call, you said I must install a bundle. so I did, and still didn't work. I am so tired of dealing with sub-par poor performance. I used to actively defend MTN, but nowadays, I think it is time that we part ways. so sick of this nonsense. my other line is already going to be ported away from you. I have been a loyal MTN subscriber for 30 years. but I supposes that means nothing anymore.
