MTN goes big on network growth

Will this be ploughed into the network so that consumers can benefit? At say... I dunno... maybe 5c/MB :p
 
maybe they can use some of it
to upgrade their network to 3G/HSDPA - tired of the GPRS!
can't believe MTN's 3G doesn't cover all of PMB:(
