I am looking for a new Top Up deal and while looking through the MTN booklet I notice that I can get a Nokia N81 2GB for 200 bucks a month.

This is weird because Vodacom is a bit more expensive. Perhaps I am missing some hidden prices somewhere?

Vodacom are known for giving cheaper phones for more money. It's normal. Vodacom is just expensive.

iTalk Cellular offers the MTN deals even cheaper than MTN SP, so consider them. Will require a port to iTalk if you want to keep an existing number, even if currently with MTN SP.
