I've been using the R399 MTN Home Uncapped package for a couple of months now but it suddenly stopped working at midnight on Friday. And no, it's not a payment issue as that's been confirmed by MTN themselves but it's not working anymore. I've tried everything. Restarting the router, etc, but nothing. Can the MTN rep here tell me what to do?
