Eish....
I have audited my invoices against statements sent by MTN, as well as my debit orders. The statement is completely inaccurate, but thank goodness the debit orders actually corresponded with the invoice amounts....until June 2009, where they actually under-debited me with R364.62.

This all started when I wanted to activate the Blackberry service on my MTN account via MTN active, when I noticed that my account has been put under a "collection plan" within the last 3 months, so it would not allow me to add any more services.

I remember on hellopeter.com a while ago, there was a very helpful guy named Andre, who actually managed to help me sort out another MTN problem some time ago. When I took a peek at hellopeter.com tonight, I noticed to my surprise that MTN has not responded to any of the complaints logged for quite some time.

I have also noticed a definite absence of any MTN representative on our forum, although I am not sure if Pitbull is representing MTN officially. I did PM him though, but have not had a response yet. Granted I only sent the PM at 21h30 tonight so he may only respond in the morning.

Would anyone have a suggestion for me how to sort this out in the least painful way? I do not even want to try the call centre, firstly they are really incompetent and secondly my HTC's battery won't last the typical 45 minutes that one needs to hold before someone takes your call :)

For all I know they have handed my details over to some hairy-chested gold-chain-wearing dude who aims for the knees...

Jokes aside, I need help, please mates.
