MTN - I am getting desperate

I must have been one of the very first people to join MTN, and have been happy with my service until now.

I got a new phone in January this year, and ever since then I have not been able to receive voice mail.

Visits to MTN shops have been fruitless and dialling 808 simply means that I have to spend 20 to 30 minutes listening to ghastly music before my phone cuts out and I have to re-dial - not once in 8 months has anyone answered 808.

I simply want my voice mail connected...what do I do??!
