MTN i-mail not working ?

Is anyone else experiencing issues with MTN's imail ( voicemail to email service ) ?

My voicemails are no longer being forward to email and on logging on to the imail section on the website, I get the following error:

Your changes could not be processed at this time. Please try again later.

are there any MTN reps on this forum ?

The service has been down for over a month and MTN don't seem at all concerned
