MTN Idiots!

So every few months my voicemail from MTN goes wonky and I can access it. So they have to delete and recreate on the system.
I'm now trying to Cancel When Busy from my phone but get the error that the operator does not support it WTF!
Does this mean I have to call the fools gain just to cancel some of my diverts?

was also constantly happening to me

dialling *173*5*3*2# cancels voicemail
dialling *173*5*3*1# activates

i may have the last number in either string the wrong way round, but try either, you will get activation or deactivation notice

Thanks - I tired codes but when I check settings again, the diverts are still active!
