My clients are informing me lately that they cannot get through to me when dialling my 081 number.
I have full signal and no issues with data or dialling out but they hear a message saying the number doesn't exist.
It doesn't even ring, it just says the number you have dialed is Incorrect. I thought they were talking nonsense until I shared my number with someone right next to me and heard the message myself.
Over the past few months, people have mentioned similar errors to me and I shrugged it off as unlikely or load shedding related.
I've tried restarting my phone and dialing from other MTN numbers but the calls go through as normal.
