I have used an MTN Data Contract since beginning June. It was wonderful until July arrived. No internet for 3 days 6-8 July and currently no internet since Friday 13 July. Apparently there's a problem with the tower and the technicians are working on it. Still waiting after 7 days. Am using Vodacom data on my smartphone to send this message.
Is there anybody out there who can light a fire under MTN's you-know-what to get this fixed. I'm gatvol.
I write and blog and am very dependent on internet for engaging in my business. I'm in a semi-rural area in Broederstroom GPS Lat -25.796428 Long 27.836007. My neighbour (also on MTN)has phoned MTN every day for a week and still no joy.
