MTN internet starter pack

I see MTN has got the R99 for 200MBx12 offer but they say you need to go to a store to buy the bundle.

How does that work, can I not buy this using USSD? I haven't looked yet as the sim is in an ipad.

Dial *141*2# and follow the options for internet purchases and see if its on the menu.

Had a look, couldn't find it there on 2 prepaid sims (looked under the OneTime bundles)

Hopefully it gets added soon, but will pop by the Gateway MTN store as well and ask them this week if I get a chance. Will just need to print out the promo as they normally are unaware of specials.

Check again but select the option for one time under the internet bundle option on the purchase menu on 141, its under there. There are options for 6 months and then 12. Its a once off payment but you get the data monthly for 6 months or 12 months.

Had a look, I only see the option for 100MB for 6/12 for R99, the 200MB x 12 option doesn't exist when I looked

I have confirmed internally and its a new starter pack that you need to purchase, it cannot be added onto an existing number. If you go to any of the MTN stores they should have it.
