MTN is driving me nuts

Ever since switching to a Samsung Galaxy in January, I have had problems with my Voicemail.

I posted about this a few weeks back and somebody on this forum got it up and running for the first time in 8 months............and now it's gone again - worked for a while and once again - no voicemail.

Please could someone help here.

Dialling 808 is useless, as it rings for 15 minutes, and then the phone cuts out.
MTN shop cannot help, as they cannot get through either!

HELP!!
 
Dial 555 and select option 9, deactivate the voicemail then put the phone down, now dial 555 option 9 again and activate it.

Then dial 100 to set it up.

Same Problem

Hi there,

i have the same problem, called the call centre(808) numerous times. They've reseted the voicemail feature, the number itself as well as checked that all services are running. each time they told me keep my phone off for 5 min while it "takes effect". in the end i still get "not available" response when dialing 100. i also tried accessing the voicemail via a different mtn phone by dialing 083100 then the number in question#, no luck. The issue still persists.

Please help.
