MTN is robbing me

For months now MTN have been billing me for someone else's account. They send the tax invoice for the data bundle with the other company invoices, but the specific one is not our number.
I can't reverse the debit order because all accounts are on the same statement. I've complained for months with promises of an investigation and escalating to the fraud department. I even tried the ombudsman but they're not getting a reply either.

Any advice on how not to get robbed by a corporate giant?
 
On mtn I've found that changing to the cash payment in store worked the best.
No debit order surprises etc. While this doesn't solve your problem, it might help with future problems
