I received my latest statement, and with all the problems I've recently suffered with the double billing saga of MTN I went through with a fine tooth comb. Yes, I received a tiny rebate on some double billing (which I didn't notice and have not checked up on). However, and not to my surprise, the bill that contains the rebate continues to contain double billing for the late January.
I had a hard time explaining to the consultant that those weren't all two page SMSs, they were in fact double billed. He told me they couldn't be. To which I explained to him, "Look, every single item on 21 January is doubled up! Can you not see the SMSs are part of that." Again he told me I was wrong!
Anyway, I'm not fighting over SMSs that I will probably never end up using (I have gone through my bundle exceedingly quickly this month, though I doubt I will use it all); however those b*****ds better refund the R100 in phone calls I never made.
