MTN is STILL double billing

I received my latest statement, and with all the problems I've recently suffered with the double billing saga of MTN I went through with a fine tooth comb. Yes, I received a tiny rebate on some double billing (which I didn't notice and have not checked up on). However, and not to my surprise, the bill that contains the rebate continues to contain double billing for the late January.

I had a hard time explaining to the consultant that those weren't all two page SMSs, they were in fact double billed. He told me they couldn't be. To which I explained to him, "Look, every single item on 21 January is doubled up! Can you not see the SMSs are part of that." Again he told me I was wrong!

Anyway, I'm not fighting over SMSs that I will probably never end up using (I have gone through my bundle exceedingly quickly this month, though I doubt I will use it all); however those b*****ds better refund the R100 in phone calls I never made.

319 days till I switch to VC, after 10 years of loyal service. Woo hoo!
 
They are criminals. This has been going on way too long and they know that they are mostly getting away with it so they don't care. My parents and my wife have moved to Vodacom because of this cr@p and come September so will I.
 
ICASA has taken MTN on for me. No replies to 4 Queries in 7 months. They are busy with my case at the moment.
