I have now been struggling since last wednesday (7.5 days) to get a sim swop to work.

Does anyone have the number of a person (high(ish) up) in MTN that could help me get this sorted out as the consultants refuse for me to speak to a manager or overseer.... and just keep saying: " It will be done in the next 24 hours".

Well ive waited 5 x 24 hours now :( :mad:

Works for me everytime when it comes to mtn, strange how near impossible it is, getting help from the call desk, till you post on hellopeter

Mmmm yeah ok didnt really want to do that, just felt like shouting a bit at someone with some power :D
 
Belief me, last week I tried the shoutign route, over and over again, and the main issue, MTN was not deducting my monthly subscription, and no matter how many times I told them, for some reason they did not listen

In the end I just gave up and reported it on hellopeter. BAM!!! The next day, got a phone call, problem solved
