Use the MTN App, click on your points balance then on the next screen click redeem.
There will be a variety of categories you can choose from on the next page.
Also make sure you read the voucher properly, some work directly and some work as a wicode.

Thanks. Not sure what the Wicode is. Is it an electronic voucher? How do you use it (when going to make a purchase)?

I managed to use two vouchers (R150 and R50) for payment of a R199 item today with no issues...

This happened to me as well, did some research and the voucher is from TLC Rewards, entering the voucher code on that website tells me that the voucher does not exist - but my yellowbucks is gone...not sure what to do now

It clearly says wicode voucher. It is not a gift voucher. Wicode vouchers only work in store.
