Hi, Can someone please explain how these points would benefit you if you on contract?
On my bill this month it says "Dial *141*9# and this could be less". But if you access this menu it allows you to buy airtime, sms, data etc.....

It's a great programme, yes. I consider it a reason to stay with MTN.

I have noticed though that sms bundles bought with points expire at the end of the billing cycle on topup but carries over "indefinitely" on contract.

I think it is crap that they start this two months before my contract with them is up... where are my points for the R700 odd rand per month over the last almost two years?!!

What I don't understand though, is that if you're on a contract already and buy an airtime bundle. Does this just add additional airtime onto your existing contract airtime or does it deduct from your monthly bill???
