I very recently took out an LTE contract with MTN for my holiday home in Underberg. It has been working fine for the past 3 weeks, but suddenly it states that its "connected without Internet". I have called MTN and they tell me that this is due to the fact that the router is not connected at the contract address. I was not asked what address the router was going to be set up at, and it was set up in Underberg from the beginning. I keep phoning MTN and they remove the barring, but a short while later it goes back to not working. Any idea as to how to resolve this issue?
