I load a 100Mb bundle on my contract & behold! 30Mb appear on balance enquiry. Phone call centre & I am told the other 70Mb have been "used" (by me presumably). By some MTN magic 70Mb were used on the way to me

They promised to phone back this afternoon... so I'll give them a while & go back more unfriendly on my evening call.

When I loaded a 100mb bundle they said they would prorata it and my bill date was the 20th so I ended up with around 33mb. (loaded around the 10th)

Were you charged R100 for it? If it was pro-rata, you may have been charged less... They should tell you this tough- 70megs at R2 a shot will be kark, if you think you have them free!

rorz0r you may be right... but the useless drones couldn't tell me that. He even went off to ask someone else and still came back to say the data had been used in the 2 hours I was waiting for it. I can't see the charges yet because it's a contract. However I loaded some data last week & it wasn't pro rata'd.
