MTN Me2U Charges

Hi

So my statement for july shows that I was billed for R173.91 for mtn me2u charges and the quantity is 2. Which means I transferred airtime twice. However I did not even use this service. Any1 with any advise as too what steps I should follow?

(Or make an example of one of them, at least?) Just make sure to put on a heavy metal version of children's songs to drown out the noise during this disciplinary act?

That is my secondary sim which is hardly used. Im assuming its incorrect billing from mtn. But how can I prove that it is?
