MTN mobile money clearing rules?

I have just had my salary paid into my mtn mobile money account and it says payment subject to clearing rules. what are these rules and what it the time frame for clearance? i recieved mobile notification but it still isnt reflecting.

Have you seen how much the bank charges are! Rather go with Capitec - doesn't your employer need a stamp of the BANK.

Its not that much higher than Capitec...... Most charges are cheaper except for ATM withdrawals which are R9 compared to Capitec R7.50

@OP did you verify your account by taking your ID and proof of residence to a PnP or Boxer store? Maybe that is the problem that they need to verify your payments to the account....
