Hi Fellow MYBB users please can some tell me if they also have had as terrible service as I have.
Here are my gripes
1) MTN decided to place a R700 limit on my cell phone bill. This seems normal until you have a look at my monthly spend which was sitting at R1213 for the last 6 months per my statement
2) My account is paid on the last day of the month ( per MTN request ) and via debit order yet on the 4 day of February I was notified that my line was suspended due to reaching my limit. This is funny as they had just run a R1,000 bill run a few days before and then the agent claimed it was due to my unbilled balance being to high. How do i help that MTN chose the amount to bill me and the debit order value is set by them also.
3) This past week I have have numerous dropped calls -
4) Now a 4:36sec call was disconnected due to congestion WTF how is one to use the service for business if its so terrible.
5) not to mention that as a business user i still pay per minute more than a prepaid subscriber, you would think that we the high ARPU users would get some sort of good service. I guess not.
All i can say is the day this contract expires will be the last day I spend upwards of R1200 per month with MTN.
Ayoba that Yea No summer
