MTN No Limit on Bill?wtf

I dont understand how MTN does not have a cell phone bill limit feature?

Some people need this feature.

This would depend on the type of contract you're on eg. on the Top Up package, your airtime is limited and u may load additonal airtime if/when u please without having to worry about high bills.
