I think the CPA needs to specify how quickly a service provider must respond when you're paying by the month. Take my case, for example: I have been paying MTN for eight months for a device that I have not had the use of for more than one month in total. (Most of these months, the device has been broken, sitting on my desk waiting to be sent to MTN (while paperwork was emailed and faxed to a fro), en route to MTN or in a state of non-existence somewhere in MTN's service channel.)

(Hello Peter say you should punt your complaint or comment on Facebook. I don't use Facebook so here's some punting.)
I am tired of this problem and there seems to be no out, not until I have suffered for another sixteen months at which point I can walk away, out of pocket. MTN just do not care.
To all of you considering which provider to pay money to, I recommend this: buy your device for hard cash (http://www.kalahari.com/electronics/Samsung-Galaxy-SIII-Smartphone/4585/45827052.aspx) and buy a R 1.00 SIM card that you can throw away should you have issues with the provider. They are ALL sharks, although MTN are the worst!
