MTN not billing me ?

blackberry 9700 R249 pm (anytime 100)

I orderd the phone on mtn dirrect, i recieved it on the 10th of last month , i then got it activated after doing so i had airtime , then on about the 20th same month it toped up(in the same month??). but thats not the part iam really confused about, iam ment to be billed on the 31st , there has been nothing taken off my account , after the 20th this month it will probably topup again so that will be 3 lots of airtime ? am i going to be billed R750 at the end of this month :wtf:
 
Correct :D Welcome to MTN. And don't worry to much about the billing. They will bill you each and every month. You'll get billed to the last cent + interest (on carried over bills). And I can assure you - MTN 'never forgets' when it comes to billing ! I hope I am clear enough.
 
MTNs billing systems suck big time. Do not worry. They will only bill you during the second month. But, you will soon be cut off, because you have reached the credit limit on your account, even though you have airtime left. Be ready to have to go in to do a manual payment, so that they can raise your credit limit.

30 days to go, then I will be MTN free!!

Man this irritated me when I joined MTN.

I eventually cancelled my debit order with them & now pay them direct.
Call them,
Cancel the debit order,
Ask them what's due as at the end of Feb,
Take the money & do an EFT or go to ABSA & pay it over there, using your CELL number as reference. Then call them & advise them they have been paid.

MUCH less headaches that way :)
