MTN Not Loading DATA for 2 months!

For the past 2 months I have not been allocated my full data on one of my business contracts.
This was confirmed to me by a call centre agent.
Supposed to have been sorted out an hour ago but still nothing.
I've been on hold for 30 minutes already.
Is there a representative here?
 
Hi @silkman - was this sorted? I am having the same issue with my data - supposed to have 5.5Gb anytime data with my contract, and I am only given the useless 5.5Gb "after hours" data. So I've had to spend almost R500 in the last few weeks to get data.
 
MTN not loading data for 8 months... they admit their error and say they going to escalate but nothing happens. Going to arrange for debit order to be cancelled...as a customer can one lay a criminal charges of theft?

yes, it took ages though and hours of my time!
