MTN not offering Nokia N95 anymore

Well, a friend of mine tried upgrading her phone at MTN fourways and she was told the phone were sent back because the GPS was interfering with software ...

what rubbish is this?

It is probably the staff playing a game of "latest excuse for the phone not being available" It can't have been recalled as my local mtn shop confirmed this morning that they'll get stock next week cause the nokia rep was with them yesterday. (by next week, they could mean next month) - but at least they confirmed it is still comming.

Hope your friend decided to go try get upgraded elsewhere (other shop I mean, not another network)

Misleading thread title?

What does "friend's phone sent back" have to do with "MTN not offering N95 anymore" ? Rather explain where MTN is not offering the N95 as opposed to not having N95 available/in stock [huge diff] ?
