MTN November statement SNAFU?

Has anyone managed to get hold of an MTN statement for November?

I haven't gotten one in the mail (I usually get one by now.), MTNActive doesn't have one available online and all phonecalls to MTN requesting an email statement are met with promises of a statement being sent but none ever arrives. Yes, they have my correct email address.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Did someone at MTN forget to push the "Start billing run." button?

Why the heck am I paying for this sort of service? Without the statement today I can't make the expense claim which means I'm down more than a few hundred bucks for Christmas.
 
Cool, thanks. There goes that conspiracy theory.

I can just pin it down to slack customer service then.
 
Well apparently there is a problem with their fax/email servers and they are unable to send my statement to me. Nor is the vegetable I talked to capable of printing it out and faxing it manually.

Remind me why I'm with MTN again.
