I have a 3G modem and use prepaid data to access the internet.

Ever since I got the modem, the MTN Online window where I connect to the internet has a tab entitled "Self Service" and if you click on that and select "Balance" you can get an indication of your remaining data.

About 3 days ago, the text on this option changed. When I now select "Balance", it says:
"Please select balance type to view:
1. Airtime
2. Internet
3. Blackberry
4. SMS/MMS"

However, I cannot select any of those options for a balance .... in other words, they are not like hyperlinks. Screenshot:

How do I get to check the balance as before ?

Thanks

Agree with sam - what's in the other folder?

It looks like MTN has changed the way their USSDs interact and perhaps the dashboard is sending an older command for balances (*141*1#) and now needs to send the new command (*141#).

You need MDMA from Ginggs. And then you can send the straight-forward USSD.

Mine is working fine but what u can do is go to Device>Dial>*141#>hit green button!!
