Hey all i need some assistance, i need to get a number for an MTN department that works. Basically have a friend she had a contract with MTN she canceled it after the 2 year period then ported to vodacom, not a fun move but eventually got over to vodacom. Then MTN decide no they still have the client registered as being with MTN so they will bill them there base R360. So phone MTN query the issue, they say no its been ported but "I" the customer must inform some department that i am no longer with MTN. Not happy with this i phone this "department" and they say they will investigate, while this is going on she gets debited R360 the following month again. So i contact MTN they say no they cant assist.
So basically i need a number or a contact at MTN who can sort this out i have had it with them running back and forward trying to get answers while they illegaly debit her account for something Vodacom is billing for!!!
