MTN phone repairs help

Hi All,

Is there any MTN representative able to help me.

I have been on the MTN repairs line now for 16 mins, its a 083 number so all my money is down the drain.

Details:

My phone has been collected for repairs in November 2015, its a new Iphone.

I am being bobbed between different operators the whole time and cant get a solid answer to the status of my phone.

its been that long, sounds like you got your phone stolen. sorry bud. you should have taken it to Allendale MTN directly. you would have been sorted out in 2 to 3 days right then.

Hi All,

Finally got through, they are sending it through tomorrow. If I have not received anything by then I will notify you, and will also notify you guys if its a new/different phone or the original.
