Mtn Pick and pay vouchers

Hi. On 3rd September I got a Huawei Nova 12SE phone. With the deal was an offer for a R500 Pick and pay voucher and a R600 Huawei. voucher. MTN Say that I must talk to Huawei although my contract is with MTN. Haha Up to now I have not received anything. I have been phoning the Huawei agent daily but now she wont take my calls. Hello Peter has loads of complaints with the Honor phone and a Pick and Pay vouchers. MTN does not respond to Hello Peter. Do you think it is false advertising? The Advertising Standards Thingy ? MTN Made the offer and actually I have no contract with Huawei.
