Since beginning 2015 I have been complaining to MTN about the dismall coverage I (we, residents of Kokanje retirement Village, Nylstroom) experience: no internet, poor internet slow internet, dropped connections.) The reactions ranged from nothing wrong to we are aware and working on it, Mr Soanso will be in touch, BUT ZILCH HAS HAPPENED during THIS TIME. I have been requested to submit coverage forms (5 times) screenshots, my GPS location. Still, I repeat ZILCH. I do not know how many rands I lost due to downloads stopping due to lack of signal. AND regrettably I am locked into this situation for another year.WHAT AM I TO DO?
