Posting this out of desperation, hoping someone can help.
To make a long story short.
My new contract mtn sim was activated before the port from vodacom was done, so they had to do a back end port, which took more than 3 weeks. The port is now complete and number working.
BUT, I check my online bill and there is a R8,800 EARLY TERMINATION CHARGE and various connection charges.
I haven't had any luck in getting this sorted.
Does anyone know a rep or inside connection that would be able to help me?
