I fail to understand why there are so many port scans taking place on the MTN network. This issue has come up before but its gotten worse imo.
On the 3g network 41.119.*.* there are continues 'port scans' and 'connection requests' from other users in the 41.119.*.* range
So while its not an external address somehow the router allows rampant scanning to take place 24/7
I brought this issue up long ago somewhere and I know Ginggs did too
Surely there is some safeguard to prevent this ?? Allowing multiple nefarious packets to probe the entire sub-domain is a security flaw..
.. and I say this not being one of the most technical IT people
Unless I am completely missing something here but I don't think I am
