Maybe I'm missing something, but I bought a prepaid 32K SIM at Pick n Pay last week, loaded some airtime, converted it to a data bundle and I'm running it in my E620 data card right now.. ??

yes, you will be able to do that , no problem. with the normal 32k sim. See posts #11,12& 13 for the only differences between the sims.

MTN sim swap / 3G / USIM query

I am currently on contract with Autogpage/MTN. Is there any possible way to keep my number and switch to a prepaid/pay as you go USIM?

I've been at a couple of cellphone shops. The people stare at me as if I'm crazy. Half of them don't even know what I'm talking about when I mention "USIM".

I wouldn't mind moving to another network / service provider as long as I can keep my number. My contract finished on the 1st of April 2009. Don't know if that changes anything?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
