As an MTN pre-paid customer, how can I get a statement detailing my calls and the cost thereof?
I'm post paid on a MTN AnyTime 100 and I have itemised billing, but all my calls are listed, but rated at R0.00 - I've asked them about it, but eventually gave up............
Zero rated are calls depleted from your voice bundle. (airtime)
With Vodacom this is possible not sure with MTN!
