MTN Prepaid Number

I have had my prepaid MTN cell number for a month now which is RICA registered. But why does my wap/mms/txt keep getting disconnected? 3rd time now. Given up with asking for help with a MTN help assistant. I rather send a help request from the MTN Internet site.

Do you think it could be because I don't always have the number on? I really just use the number via bluetooth on my Laptop for the internet when Vodacom's 3G is moving at snail speed?

I think that's just how MTN works...intermittently.

Thinking about it, you are correct. Have been living in Sa for 3 years now and have seen how all the Servicing Companies / Departments have gone down, since when I first arrived in Sa.
