Mtn prepaid sim Puk number

My mother managed to enter her phone password incorrectly a few times, it's now asking for the Puk number. She has had this sim and number for 20 years, she doesn't where the card with the number is. Any idea where to retrieve it.

@gboy I she ever setup an account on the MTN website she can get it there. Alternatively you phone MTN customer services.

She managed to enter her SIM PIN incorrectly, not her phone password surely? She might need to go into a MTN store.

Hi, thanks for your input, we managed to get hold of MTN contact center and the voicepromts guided us to the Puk number. It's all sorted.
