Is there an MTN rep on the forum?
Daughter got an LTE router a coupler days ago.
It's now over 48 hours later and they have not done the RICA for her.
Piss poor service :mad::mad:

It works though, you just need to pretend to want to upgrade (option 3 I believe) then listen till the end in that menu. Only then do they say press 0 to speak to a consultant.

Works from my side. Will probably only work dialling from an MTN contract number.
 
Had the same issue today. MTN Twitter rep said I must contact their Activation line on 0831239622. Did it this morning and was up and running by 3pm.
 
try them on Facebook. They have a team that may help
 
Still not Rica'd after I personally called their activation centre.
The RICA was done and confirmed while I was on the phone with MTN @ 14h15 today.
They said it would be up and running within about two hours
MTN YOU SUCK,YOU BUNCH OF MORONS.
 
So after all the BS from MTN,finally got the router working thanks to Joel, the manager from MTN East Rand Mall.
It had nothing to do with Rica.
The APN had to be changed which no one from MTN could tell us.:mad::mad:
