It works though, you just need to pretend to want to upgrade (option 3 I believe) then listen till the end in that menu. Only then do they say press 0 to speak to a consultant.That's a good joke

It's probably the same social media team that assisted me as per my post above.try them on Facebook. They have a team that may help
