they are above this sillyness of supporting and being useful to their clients.
 
This says a lot about their customer care. All the other networks have reps on here except this greedy, extortionist network!

I'd like to see their reaction/response when they have lost a fair percentage of their customers to Cell C.
 
They are active on Twitter and resolve issues quite quickly.

Tried their website and even an MTN store with no luck. Then resorted to Twitter and complained about the service and issue at hand. They contacted me within 12 hours and the problem was resolved an hour later.

3 weeks and 3 days later? You might not want to bother, frankly.

As an aside, mtnsp.co.za's been down for, what, 5 days? Do you just collectively not give a **** any more?
