Hi

i bought my S4 from mtn direct about 2 months ago and now i am having some issues with it first of which is the batt has swollen up and its freezing all the time the batt lasts only 1 day and i have hardly any apps installed on it, what i would like to know is where is the mtn repair center in durban pref near Springfield park area as i work close by there.

Please help :cry:

The first option would be to take it to store you bought it from as if it is under 2 months I think it is covered by factory fault warranty still.

The other option is they will send it in for checking, and repair/replace, depending on what the issue is.

The main service centre is located in Riverhorse Valley so not far from Springfield Park. I went in there on Monday with my faulty iPhone and it was replaced after 3 hours.

To avoid a week of delay I would recommend taking it directly to the service centre in Riverhorse Valley

It is Island Circle in Riverhorse Valley at Island Circle Park. It is not very well signed (not at all) so you go all the way down until you see the Unilever building, it is the building after that as you go around the bend.

Just ask security and they will direct you to the parking at the back
