Good Morning guys.

Anybody know if there's an MTN rep available on the forum? I need some assistance with regards to a contract that was fraudulently opened.

Best Regards

Thanks for the link. Going to have to try and work through their automated voice system.

MTN doesn't give a F about South Africa....LOL.

And, just by looking at their Facebook page, you can see why....

*I'm actually suprised they have a Facebook page, as they don't take responsibility for anything.

Anyone taking out a MTN contract, must be prepared for the worst experience of your life to follow....and I honestly don't say this lightly.

I must agree their service has deteriorated a lot the past couple of years. I applied for a upgrade in February 2013, they had to get permission first because I wanted to change to another package. This was done on a Saturday, the clerk said he'd call me on the following Monday.

Two months later the clerk who assisted me haven't called to let me know what's going on, best part is their store doesn't have a telephone number so I couldn't call them. The store is 60km from my home so I'm definitely not wasting R100 petrol to drive there.

I ended up cancelling the contract, best thing I've ever done.

Hey UI don't know how you can say the worst experience ever. I have had a contract since June 2006 and nothing but the best service ever and awesome service from the shop
