Guys check out ITweb most read section about MTN billing press release.

MTN seem to think that not letting a customer know that they're at 90 000 worth of out of bundle usage, and then forgetting to bill them for 1 month, while the bill was only 45 000, is an acceptable business practice.

Yeah, I realy wish i could do that with OM5,somebody pls paste the link 4me

Most of this crap would go away if MTN charged a flat rate for their data. The out-of-bundle blood-sucking need s to stop. It is pure theft.

"Part of the customer's trouble was Microsoft automatic updates, which used enough bandwidth over five months to account for R21 000 of his bill. Moyce says he has discounted the customer some of that money and a payment plan has been implemented for the rest."

Good grief. How many MB's is R21 000. What Microsoft update will take that much? You will need a couple of Hard Disks just for that update. Even over 5 months.
Does he think we are all stupid?

well work it out at R2 a MB....it amounts to 10.5GB worth of MS updates. Yeah...whoever gave the excuse that it came down to Microsoft Updates really didn't think about the issue at all. Honestly, to try and pass off 10.5GB of Data to MS updates is really funny. It's like they're assuming the client will just believe anything. A brand new installation of Windows 7 with Office 2007 has a total update size of about 400MB. Together will ALL your drivers it could MAYBE amount to close up on 1GB. MAX. Even if the client surfed 9.5GB of porn it would be considered impossible.

That does it, im reporting every one of your posts, if you are having such a rough time with mtn im unsure as to why you stick with them. This last post is a statement as to how you have matured since 2008, i mean seriously? Seriously?????

Please translate into English...

Maybe he's the one who made the comment about it being windows update? ;)
