Why must I do RICA twice if MTN through their own fault have somehow not found my number in the numbers not registered for RICA? They are crap company indeed!!!!:mad:
 
I RICA'd a year ago , month ago i decided to double check , No RICA record on list , MTN , had to go thru the same painful process again , this time i did recieve an sms confirming my RICA status
