After being over billed since April, MTN suspended my service 1 week into my new bundle and now they charge me for the whole month?? And no discount!!
I could not use this as I was suspended.
MTN really sucks big time.
Will now have to check out VC and Cell C

I also got suspended, because my new bundle made my credit go over the limit - they should really check this things before they load the bundle and ajust your credit limit.

I got underbilled today (on the statment atleast) - dont know why. Probably just a wrong statement

Would you use a company who's CEO said just 18 months ago:
