So...I'm not sure if this is the correct thread so Mods please move if necessary.

Sunday morning I'm browsing the MTN site and I come across a contract deal for the S10e for R249 x 24 months. Zero pay in on the phone. Looks like a bargain so I placed the order. Got the confirmation email. Great!

Now I haven't heard anything from them the whole week. So I'm wondering what's happening. Go back on their website and see the same deal but now with R520 per month pay in for the phone. I call them and they say if you placed it online you have to wait for the online sales team to call you. That was on Tuesday. Still haven't heard from them.

If they made a mistake on their pricing, do you guys think they'll honour the deal where there wasn't a pay in for the phone? How do I find out?

I have Screenshots of the deal on their site.

Does anyone work in MTN sales or knows someone that can advise?

Thanks

There's another thread, if you bothered to search. They had a website error and corrected it on Sunday morning.
Unfortunately they're playing ostrich by not informing everybody that those orders have been canceled.
You only have a confirmation email of order placed. You have not passed the credit vetting stage, so you don't have a confirmed application approval email.
