MTN Screwed me again :(

So..
My account information on my Anytime 100 account...
Airtime available: R52
Sms (Not important): 120
Databundles: 512 MB
350 MB

That's what it tells me. So im like cool, all is well. Then this morning i notice my service has been blocked (I know what the signs are, as it did it in April)..

So either my bundles have expired, they havent told me, and they not using my airtime, and just been charging me till I reached my R1800 limit again. :mad::mad::mad:.. or something is wrong.

I cant send them an email, as it keeps getting rejected, [email protected]
And their customer not-care line is sucky, was on hold 20 mins and 42mins, but never got through to anyone.

I hate MTN.

What should I do?
 
phone 808 and see if they can help.
Otherwise dip your phone in cold water, and swear never to touch those evil devices again!
 
When you dial 808 press 110 when the blah' blah Ivr starts,you won't take 10min to speak to an operator...
 
Why they don't have a "please call me back on the following number..." option is beside me.

... cause that would be a waste of a option.... they don't even call you back when they give their word...
 
No, you have not been dissed for using up your bundle. They just charge you OOB. You have gone over your Rand limit.
Can you not get your balance on 162?
 
If you get the balance, I presume you have a 500mb bundle and have 350 left. Then your SIM is still connected.
When they suspended me, I could do nothing with my SIM.

If you go to MTNActive website and log into your account with a prepaid SIM, you will see "suspended"
