MTN screws up again!

I am being charged on my January bill (11/12/2009 - 10/01/2010) for items in September and November!

Honestly, WTF? How can MTN randomly add calls from months ago to bill? Very suspicious.

I hear all you people and will be changing to VC at the end of this contract!

It appears MTN has sent out a half hearted message that indicates they are aware of the double GPRS billing. Now to see if they actually reverse it - maybe they're trying to double their profit for shareholders! :/

Indeed, fortunately it was a relatively small amount. I'm sure those that have been b***hing to MTN have had a much higher bill...
